Financial questions
1. Do we have some time so that we as registrar could delete domain in the case of a mistake?
When registering the sum for the support is blocked. If within 24 hours the domain is deleted the sum will be unblocked and come back to the account. Otherwise service is considered rendered, money is written off and reflected in the invoice.
2. Whether any initial payment to work as the registrar is necessary?
Yes. This sum goes on updating of an account. After each Renewal and/or registration from an account the necessary sum is written off.
3. If funds on our personal account run out, are services rendered on credit or suspended?
The system stops work of the registrar, more precisely stops registration and renewal.
4. Can we pay invoices in the Russian roubles (the Japanese yens, etc.)?
Residents of Republic of Kazakhstan pay in tenge. Non-residents pay in US dollars.
Administrative questions
5. In the document "Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy" certain Forms of Authorization are mentioned which, ostensibly, are on a site of registry. Please tell where it is possible to see the given forms? Or what they consist of?
An authorization form for Registrant is free. It is clear from this form that Registrant authorizes the new Registrar to make the procedure of a transfer. Registrars cooperate among themselves by means of EPP and paper forms are not required for them. Paper forms are necessary if one of Registrars does not work on EPP.
6. There was a necessity to transfer some domains which were registered by the other registrar. How to do this and is it possible to do so?
Such transfer is possible, the registrar should initiate a transfer of the domain, showing the password of the domain. Remember that transfer is always authorized by Registrant. Detailed procedure of a transfer is described in the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy.
7. Can the registrar process Applications for domain registration manually. If there are rigid requirements on a program complex on domain registration or there are not?
Interaction registrar <-> registry is conducted under the EPP protocol. Besides, registrar is obliged to automate the process of registration at the level of interaction with Registrant.
8. What minimal term before the ending of time of domain support is possible to execute transfer of the domain?
The concept of a minimal term does not exist.
9. Will the domain transfer be executed if the domain is in mode HOLD?
Yes, it will be executed. The status serverHold and clientHold does not affect the transfer procedure.
10. In the case of inquiry the password on the domain and contact of Registrant will the password be e-mailed to the administrator of contact?
Yes, as Administrative contact of Registrant is authorized by him for administrative actions on the domain.
11. Please give an opportunity to modify in the domain contact of Registrant.
Change of Registrant is called Domain Transfer and is possible only with the help of a domain re-registration on a new Registrant.
